At Mobile Medical Lab App, we strive to provide seamless and efficient laboratory services. To ensure smooth operations and fair compensation for our service providers, we have established the following cancellation policy for companies making appointments on behalf of customers.
1. Cancellation by the Company
If a company schedules an appointment for a customer and the appointment is accepted by a service provider or lab technician, the following cancellation terms apply:
(a) Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (full service charge).
(b) Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
(c) Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
2. No-Show Policy
If the customer (or the designated individual for specimen collection) is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, it will be considered a no-show. In this case:
(a) The company will be charged the full service fee, as the lab technician has allocated their time and resources for the appointment.
(b) A new appointment must be scheduled and paid for separately if service is still required.
3. Rescheduling Policy
(a) Companies may reschedule an appointment at no additional cost if done at least 48 hours in advance.
(b) Rescheduling within 24 to 48 hours will incur a 25% rescheduling fee of the total service cost.
(c) Rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation and will follow the cancellation fee structure.
4. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies may arise. In cases of verifiable medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Mobile Medical Lab App.
5. Refund Policy
(a) Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
(b) Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
By booking an appointment through Mobile Medical Lab App, the company acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this cancellation policy.
